"Chris came out to fix our Speed Queen washer. He was the only one from the Speed Queen service providers to answer their phone and/or want to help us. He told me I needed to request a service order with Speed Queen which we did. However, he kept a tab on the order to come through and when it did, he was at our house within 1.5 hours. He was so nice, professional and very knowledgeable about the Speed Queen washer. He thought ahead and brought the part he suspected was the problem according to the code that was displaying on the washer and that we told him it wasn’t draining. Instead of him having to go back to get the part, he already had it on hand. He would not let us assist him in draining any of the water from the tub to the street by hand. Also, was very conscious about cleaning up after himself which he didn’t need to be. We were very grateful to him for his services and would definitely recommend him and/or company for your appliance services needs. Thank you so much Chris!!! You were a pleasure to deal with!"
